Tension Kam Karne Ke Liye Kya Karna Chaheye

Chahe kaam ki tension ho, dost se larae hui ho ya family main koi masla ho. Hum sab ko hi kbhi na kbhi tension ya stress zaroor hota ha. Balke ye kaha jata ha k har 100 main se 80 logo ko stress hota ha. Stress ko khatam krne ka sb se acha tareeqa ye ha k ap aise kam kren jin se apko sukoon milta ho. Hum ne tension kam krne ke lye kuch tareeqe btae hai. In main se ap 2 ya 3 try kre, jo apka stress kam kre unhen ap ahista ahista apni adaton main shamil kr len. Is tarha jab bhi apko stress hoga to ap ko pata hoga k relax kaise krna ha khud ko.

Music Sunne

Agr stress ap pe haavi ho raha ha, to ap thori der akele beth k sukoon dene wala music sunne. Dheeme ganno ka dimag or jism par boht acha asar hota ha. Ye blood pressure kam krta ha, heart beat normal krta ha, or stress se jure hormones ko kam krta ha. Agar music ke bajae samandar or parindo ki awaz sunne to uska bi behtareen asar hota ha.

Likhen

Kabhi kabhi jo hum bol nahi skte wo likh k humen zada skoon milta ha. Rozana 10 se 15 minute beth ke poore din jo bhi  hua or uski waja se apko jaise mehsoos hua us bare main likhen. Is se apko samajh ae ga ke apko kin baton se stress hota ha or apka dil halka hoga.

Gehri Sans Len

5 minute ki break le kr khamoshi main bethe or gehri sansen len. Kamar seedhi kre, ankhen band kr ke pait pe hath rakhen. Naak se sans len, mehsoos kren ke ye apke pait se apko dimag ko pohnch rae ha. Sans moonh se nikalen or nikalte waqt ulta mehsoos kren. Gehri sans lene se dil ki dhadkan normal hoti ha, blood pressure normal hota ha or stress kam hota ha.

Meditation

Din main roz kuch minute ki meditation tension door krti ha or sabar ko barhati ha. Mushkil halat ka samna krne ke lye humare dimag ko taqat milti ha or hum itni asani se tension main nahi ate. Meditation krna boht simple ha. Pao baandh ke, qamar seedhi kre, ankhen band kre or hath ghutno pe rakh k ek bat bar  bar kahen. Ye bat koi bhi ho sakti ha jaise “Main khush hu”, “Main sukoon main hu” ya “Main apne ap se pyar krti hu”. Is doran koi or bat na sochen or jo keh rahe hai bas usi par dhayan de.

Kisi Se Bat Kren

Jab bhi tension ho, kisi aise insane se bat kren jo apke boht qareeb ho or jis se ap apni baten aram se share kr skte hon. Ksi mohabbat krne wale ki awaz sunne se kch der main hi humare stress door hone lg jata ha. Or baten share krne se cheezen saaf nazar ati hai. Problem ka solution nikalne main bhi madad milti.  Zindgi main rishte sab se eham hote hai ku k pareshani main wohi sath hote hai.

Apne Ap Se Bat Kren

Kbhi kisi dost ko phone kr k hum apni pareshani nahi bant skte. Agar kisi se bhi bat krne ka option nahi ha to khud se bat krne se bhi faida ho skta ha. Ye na sochen k ap pagal lagen ga ya aisa kch. Bas apne apko  btaen ke ap itne pareshan q hai. Ye pareshani door kaise hogi or tasali den khud ko ke end main sab thek hojae ga. Khud se kahen k ye ek mushkil waqt ha, or waqt jaisa bhi ho guzar jata ha.

Hansi Main Ura Den

Hansne se aise hormones release hote hai jo mood acha krte hai or stress k hormones ko kam krte hai. Agr hum hansne lg jae ga to humara nervous system samjhe ga k sab thek ha or pareshani koi bat nahi ha. Stress main apna favorite comedy show dekh len ya phir kisi aise insane se bat kren jo apko hansata ho.

Exercise Ya Walk Kren

Stress kam krne main kisi bhi tarha ki walk ya exercise boht madad krti ha.  Walk, yoga ya warzish krne se humare jism main aise hormones paida hote hai jis se humein acha mehsos hota ha. Agara hum roz execise krna apni adat bna len to humein itni asani se stress nai hoga or agr stress hua bhi to hum main usko bardaasht krne ki taqat zada hogi.

Green Tea Piyen

Boht  se log pareshani main chaye peete hai. Kuch log to 4 se 5 cup chaye bhi pee lete hai.  Doctors tension main chaye peene se mana krte hai ku ke is main caffeine zada hota ha. Or caffeine dil ki dhadkan taiz krta sath blood pressure bhi barhata ha. Tension kam krne ke lye heartbeat normal hona zarori ha. Chahye peene k bajae green tea piyen. Is main caffeine kam hota ha or aise antioxidants hote hain jo sukoon dete hai.

Neend Puri Kren

Sab jante hai k tension ki waja se neend nahi ati. Lekin ye bhi ek such ha ke agar apki neend puri nahi hai to apko tension hone k chances barh jate hai. Is lye is bat ka khayal rakhen ke roz 7 se 8 ghante ki neend mile. Sone se 20 minute pehle tv band kr den, mobile rakh den or apne dimag se sari baten nikal den. Neend achi aane se mood acha hota ha or stress hormones paida nahi hote.

Thank You Diary

Apne bed ke pas ek thank you diary rakhen. Is diary main aisi cheezen likhen jo apki zindgi main achi hai. Agar ap zindgi main achi cheezon k lye shukria krte rehte hai to buri cheezen bhool jati hai. Jb ap kch hasil kren, koi khushi mile ya kch bi acha lge to is diary main likhe. Phr jb koi tension ho to ye diary khol k parhen ta ke apko yad rahe k zindgi main kya eham ha.
