Phr se mahine ka wohi time agya. Or phr se wohi dard!! Har 4 mai se 3 aurton ko periods mai shadeed dard ki shikayat hoti ha.  Periods mai dard hona bilkul normal ha. Lekin har mahine 2-3 din k lye dard bardasht krna kis aurat ko acha lgta hoga. Kbhi kbhi to dard itna zada hota ha aurten koi kam bhi nahi kr skti. Is dard se chutkare ke lye aurten boht si dawaiyan bhi khati ha. Ye nahi khani chahye ku bad mai kharabian paida krti hai. Is dard mai madad ke lye humne kch gharelo totqe ikathe kiye hai, jis se na sirf periods ka dard khatam hoga balke krte rehne se dard hoga hi nahi.

Saik De

Pait pe saik dena sab se asan tareeqa ha periods ka dard kam krne ke lye.

  • Garam pani ki bottle se pait k neche saik den or qamar pr bhi.
  • Ek towel ko geela kren or ache se nichor len. Phr ise microwave mai ek minute ke lye garam kr len. Isko pait pr tab tak rkhe jb tak thanda na hojae. Har thori der mai ye krte rehne se dard khatam hojae ga.
  • Garam pani se nahane se bhi dard kam hota ha.

Adrak

Adrak ek boht hi achi jari booti ha jo periods ke dard mai kam ati ha. Is se periods ki thakan bhi door hoti ha.

  • Adrak ko chote chote tukron mai kat ke ise 5 minute k lye ek cup pani mai ubaal len. Chaan ke is mai thori si shehad or limoo ka ras daalen. Ye chae periods mai din mai 3 bar piyen.
  • Direct Adrak khane se bhi farq parta ha.

Karri Patta

Karri patta har kisi ke kitchen mai paya jata ha. Lekin kya kisi ko pata ha ye periods ka dard khatam karne mai bi kam ata ha.

Daar cheeni jism k ander ki soojankhatam krti ha jiski waja se periods ka dard bhi thek hota ha.

  • Ek cup garam pani mai ek chothai chamach daar cheeni powder dalen. Is mai thori si shehad dalen or ahista ahista piyen. Periods shuru hone se 1 ya 2 din pehle, is chaye ke 3 cup piyen.
  • Periods k pehle din bhi ek glass daar cheeni or shehad wala pani peene se dard kam hota ha.

Sonf (Fennel)

Sonf antron ko or raghon ko relax krti ha jiski waja se periods ka dard bhi door hota ha.

  • Ek cup ubalte hue pani mai ek chamach sonf dalen. 5 minute ubalne k bad ek cup mai channe or is mai shehad daal ke mix kren. Periods shuru hone se teen din pehle ise peena shuru kren or din mai do bar piyen. Periods mai dard ka boht farq hoga.

Dhaniya

Dhaniye mai aise compounds hai jo periods ko asan krte hai or dard kam krte hai. Jinke periods time pr nahi ate ye unke lye bhi faidamand ha. Agar apke periods time par nahi ate to ap Sahi time par periods ane ke lye kia krna chahye parhen.

  • Dhaniya ache dho kr kat len. Ek chotai cup dhaniya len or is mai boht garam pani daal den. 5 minute pare rehne den or phr chaan ke pee len. Periods mai ye chaye din mai do bar piyen.

Papita

Papite mai boht se minerals hote jo pait ki raghon ko sukoon pohnchate hai. Is se periods asan hote hai or dard boht kam hota ha. Periods se pehle or periods ke doraan khane mai papita zaroor khaen.

Hari sabzian

Hari sabzion mai magnesium zada hota ha. Kheera, palak, broccoli jaisi sabzian periods mai or periods se pehle zada khane se dard kam hota.
