Fruits qudrat ka ek bot hi qeemti tohfa ha. Har fruit mai boht vitamins or mineral bhare hai jo humen tandrust krte hai or lambi or achi zindgi guzarne mai madad dete hai. Lekin sab fruits mai kch aise fruits bhi hai jo doctors ke hisab se top par ate hai. In mai zada fibre or antioxidents hote hai. Koshish kren ke roz in mai se 3-4 fruits khaen.

Grapefruit

Oranges apne Vitamin C ke lye mashhoor hai lekin kia kisi ko pata ha k grapefruit, Vitamin C ki race mai sab se age ha. Roz adha grapefruit bhi apki sehat mai boht farq la skta ha. Ye skin ke lye, balon ke lye or arthritis ke patients ke lye behtareen ha.

Apples

Sab se aam milne wala phal yehi ha. Is mai mojood antioxidants dimag ki hofazat krte hai, cancer se larkte hai, blood pressure or cholesterol kam krte hai. Iske chilke mai bhi boht taqat ha. Roz ek apple khane ki puri koshish kren.

Mangoes (Aam)

Peaches (Aaroo)

Ye phal skin ko shine deta ha. Iske  ander ke antioxidants, fibres or minerals blood pressure patients ke lye behtareen hai. Ye baal, nakhoon, skin or immune system ko mazboot krta ha.

Papaya (Papita)

Guava (Amrood)

Is phal mai itni mithaas nahi hoti, ye diabetes or cancer patients ke lye faidamand ha. Amrood ankhon ke lye boht acha ha. Pregnancy mai baby ki growth mai madad krta. Amrood dimag taiz krta ha or chehre ki rangat achi or wrinkles door krta ha.

Blackberries

Ye fruit market mai har time nahi milta. Is lye jab bhi mile ye zada se zada khaen. Blackberries dil ko taqat deti hai or cancer jaisi bimaryiyan nahi hone deti. Agar cancer hojae to uski growth ko bhi rokti hai.
